Stamp Duty cuts
The Government has announced permanent reductions to Stamp Duty for anyone buying a new home in England and Northern Ireland.
These changes means that anyone buying a home up to the value of £250,000 will pay no Stamp Duty. First time buyers will not pay Stamp Duty up to the value of £425,000.
