5% discount for care workers
In 2020, we were pleased to offer almost 3,000 care workers* a special 5% discount of the purchase price of a new home as a thank you for their heroic efforts during the COVID-19 pandemic. This limited scheme ended on 31st December 2020, but we have other ways to help you buy a new home, including the popular Help to Buy scheme, our Easymover offer and Part Exchange.
